Den鈥檚 core responsibilities revolve around two key programs:聽91视频app Voice聽and聽91视频app Assure. 91视频app Voice聽is the voice of the customer program where he spearheads initiatives related to top-tier relationships, client executive satisfaction, surveys, user groups and advisory councils. Meanwhile, in the聽91视频app Assure聽program, Den oversees independent reviews of client projects, identifying both successes and challenges, and driving impactful improvement actions. The overarching objectives of these programs are to enhance client listening, promote proactive responses, facilitate self-correcting actions and elevate overall client satisfaction and service quality.
Prior to 91视频app, Den was a senior partner with Deloitte Consulting, focused on client relationships, technology strategy, and large-scale, multi-platform transformation in the public sector, high-tech and manufacturing industries. Den had full P&L responsibility for growing multiple $1-2 billion offerings from inception; led new technology business creation in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific; and drove the development of globally scaled voice of the customer, quality and risk, client service and delivery models. Den was also a senior contracting and global risk review partner and served as a CIO Fellow and faculty at Deloitte University.
Den retired from Deloitte Consulting in 2020 after three decades with the firm. Before, he had management roles with Boeing, Deloitte Audit and tech startups.
